Is President Obama "Out of the Loop" or just "Out of touch" with the people?

ACCORDING TO PRESIDENT OBAMA HE HAS NOT BEEN INFORMED BY THOSE ADVISERS AROUND HIM.  HAS HE BEEN LEFT OF THE LOOP SO HE CAN HAVE PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY.  OR EVEN MORE OMINOUS IS HE JUST LYING.
