Senate Democrats demand Supreme Court nominee not be unduly influenced by U.S. Constitution

Somewhere in the dark corners of the U.S. Capital muffled voices of Democrats are quietly demanding that any Supreme Court nominee put forth by Donald Trump should not be unduly influenced by the Constitution.  While at the same time more and more of these 'wannabee socialist' are calling for the abolition of ICE.  Are we on the road to Venezuela?

Apparently President Donald J. Trump is prepared to 'bury the hatchet' and will offer former President 'in exile', Barack Himself  Obama the vacated seat of Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court if he will just submit a short list of documents to the White House!

How soon the Democrats seem to forget that they were the ones preventing Court appointments by changing long established Senate rules when necessary to reject or confirm the candidate of their choice.

IN THE RECENT HEARING AT THE SUPREME COURT THE SOLICITOR GENERAL  OF THE UNITED STATES, DONALD VERRILLI, GOT HIS HEAD HANDED TO HIM ON A PLATTER WHILE TRYING TO PRESENT THE GOVERNMENTS CASE TO THE HIGH COURT.  OF COURSE, ONE CANNOT DEFEND THE INDEFENSIBLE, SO YOU MAY HAVE TO GIVE HIM A PASS ON HIS DISMAL PERFORMANCE BEFORE THE NINE JUDGES.
