THE UNITED STATES GIVES AWAY SOME $50,000,000,000 EACH YEAR IN FOREIGN AID AND MUCH OF THAT GOES TO COUNTRIES THAT HATE US. 

If you can't buy friendship what does our Billions in foreign aid get us?

THERE IS AN OLD SAYING, "THE QUICKEST WAY TO LOSE A FRIEND IS TO LOAN HIM MONEY".  SO EXACTLY WHAT DOES OUR BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN FOREIGN AID GET US?
