IN THE 1930's AND 1940's HITLER FORMED THE "HITLER YOUTH" AND ONE OF ITS PURPOSES WAS TO HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN TO SPY ON THEIR PARENTS AND INFORM THE AUTHORITIES IF THEY WERE BREAKING ANY RULES LAID DOWN BY THE NAZIS.
