Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will not authorize city officials to travel to North Carolina or Mississippi. It seems that these two states have passed laws forbidding people who wear shoe mirrors from using the restroom of their choice by a mere flip of a coin. Mississippi and North Carolina legislators have applauded this decision and are urging other big city progressive mayors to take similar actions.
