If Abortion is not the business of government, then why are taxpayers funding it?

LIBERALS WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.  WHILE THEY SAY ABORTION IS NOT THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT, THEY STILL WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO FUND IT.
