How Progressives treat statues of R. E. Lee and Vladimir Lenin

The statue of Robert E. Lee has now been removed from Lee Circle in New Orleans by that cities progressive Democrat mayor and city council.  While at the same time progressives in Seattle, Washington honor Vladimir Lenin, Russian communist leader.  Perhaps the greatest difference between the two men was that one supported the concept of a decentralized government and states rights, while the other favored a totalitarian government where almost all power was vested in the central government and a few select individual who were well indoctrinated with the teaching of Karl Marx.

I wasn't aware that Seattle had that. Lenin was responsible for the death of some of my peep's ancestors. I'll take Lee any day.
