LAST YEAR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA UNDER THE GRAND LEADERSHIP OF GOVERNOR JERRY BROWN RAISED STATE INCOME TAXES BY SOME 100% EXPECTING THE STATE COFFERS TO BE OVER-FLOWING WITH NEW REVENUES.

They haven't gone up yet actually. They go up this year after it was voted on and approved last November. It was mob rule ... the takers voted to raise the taxes of the producers. Hows that for voting yourself a bigger welfare check.
