Hillary never accused Bill of having "Lipstick on his Collar", but did question the lipstick on his shorts! Both Bubba and Hillary need to stay away from the woman issue in this election cycle. Neither have anything to brag about. As a matter of fact, their is now a whole generation of voters who were too young to remember the Clinton sex scandals of the 1990's. Scandals that millennials would find very distasteful today. Hillary already has a problem with the youth vote, a problem that will not improve following the defeat of their beloved Bernie Sanders in what is clearly a rigged Democratic Primary. A primary that has only one purpose, the coronation of her majesty, Hillary "Royal" Clinton.
