The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (you know the one packed with liberal judges) has declared it to be unconstitutional for cities to ban people from sleeping on streets. The court claimed that such laws were clearly cruel and unusual punishment for the homeless in effect, making being poor a crime. Read more on this story here.....
