California Court declares it Unconstitutional to Ban People from Sleeping on Street

The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (you know the one packed with liberal judges) has declared it to be unconstitutional for cities to ban people from sleeping on streets.  The court claimed that such laws were clearly cruel and unusual punishment for the homeless in effect, making being poor a crime.  Read more on this story here.....

Why is California banning Straws? Spit-Ball Guns

Have the officials in California hidden their real reason for banning plastic straws?  According to one anonymous source high in Governor's Jerry (Moonbeam) Brown's administration the reason is much more ominous.  Actually it has nothing to do with sea turtles or ocean pollution, but is instead a liberal fear that the average citizen would convert the straws into WMD's aka Spit-Ball Guns.  This source insist that top state officials believe that only the state has a right to protect the individual and that no person should try and usurp the power of those in Sacramento by daring to protect themselves.  The source continued saying "the danger posed by these straw-guns presents a clear and president danger to home burglars who's only crime is to provide food for their down-trodden family".     

California plans to Transition all State Jobs from Citizens to Illegal Aliens by 2020

In a last ditch effort to avoid bankruptcy and save money for social programs for illegal aliens, the lawmakers in Sacramento plan to transition all state jobs from legal citizens of the former Golden State to illegal residents of the newly named 'People's Republic of California'.  Of course the 'Good Old Boys' in the legislature have exempted themselves from this draconian measure, by grandfathering themselves in! 

All Items made of Plastic may soon be banned in California

I'm old enough to remember the day when Paper Bags were condemned by those on the left as a 'real and present danger' to the forest of America.  At that time our astute neighbor to the south, Mexico was using those glorious plastic bags at the markets and tourist shops.  The Mexican Government was seen as the champion of the Green Movement.  Tree-hugging progressives had found a new enemy and began their attacks on paper-make objects across the nation leading to the virtual extinction of the environmentally unfriendly paper grocery bag.  But then slowly many in the liberal community began to see a new enemy in the rapidly emerging 'plastic bag' and the attack against items made of that planet destroying substance (plastic) swung into full force.  Now even the much beloved Plastic Straw is under attack by progressives in the legislature of the Golden State.

Of course, as you may expect, no new laws against any forms of plastic used in butt enhancement, lip enhancement, or breast implants will be considered by the absolute geniuses sitting in the Generally Assembly in Sacramento.  

Mysterious Men in Black spotted outside California Pot Shops

Following a declaration my Attorney General Jeff Sessions that a 1970 federal law making the possession of marijuana a crime will now be enforced many California "Pot" Store patrons have reported seeing mysterious men in black photographing those entering and leaving the states newly opened Cannabis shops.  Former pot-smoking President had suspended enforcement of the 1970 regulation.  

And what could be a related event, sources have confirmed that the number of ICE agents in the state has doubled.  Many on the left are now fearing that 'Dreamer' illegals my be subject to arrest and deportation for the possession of a controlled substance.  Could it just be the California munchies-inducing stores have provided a backdoor avenue to bypass that states new sanctuary laws?  The 'Law of Unintended Consequences' can be a bitch!!!

Wildfires: Terraforming of California by illegals from south of the border

After days of blaming the California wildfires, that have killed 41 people, on climate change the media has suddenly grown silent on this issue.  Could it just be because ICE Detainer Issued for Suspected Wine Country Arsonist in Sonoma Jail. Evidently the arson suspect Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, is an illegal alien who was living under a bridge and had to build a fire to warm himself (it was 78 degrees outside) from the extreme cold of gringo country.  But perhaps we should give Jesus a break---after all he may have been just doing his small part in Terraforming California to match the climate of his native Mexico.  I'm quite sure he would like to see Guava Plants replace grapes in Napa Valley, after all, cantina's serve cerveza and tequila not wine!  It seems reasonable, that the alien population of the soon to be former state of California will hail Jesus Gonzalez as a hero and demand his likeness be placed on the pedestal formerly occupied by Christopher Columbus.  We are waiting to see if the sanctuary state of California will honor the ICE detainer!
