PRESIDENT OBAMA IS FULLY AWARE THAT THE COOL DUDE IN CHARGE OF NORTH KOREA HAS THE BOMB. BUT ACCORDING TO INSIDE WHITE HOUSE SOURCES THE PRESIDENT IS NOT TOO CONCERNED, SINCE THE NORTH KOREANS CANNOT MOUNT SUCH A WEAPON ON A MISSILE.
