THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS HAS BEEN GIVING AID TO THE BOSTON TERRORIST WHO WERE ON THE TERRORIST WATCH LIST. NOW THE GOVERNOR OF THAT STATE REFUSES TO RELEASE THE WELFARE RECORDS TAMERLAN TSARNAEV DESPITE THE FACT HE IS DEAD.
