LIBERALS WILL ALWAYS BLAME THE GUN AND NOT THE CRIMINAL.  LIBERALS WOULD BAN THE SODA AND NOT THE PERSON DRINKING IT.  LIBERAL WOULD ALWAYS CONDEMN THE BIG MAC AND NOT THE PERSON EATING IT.
