Why does Hillary Laugh so much?

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FUNNY ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON.  BUT SHE IS ALWAYS LAUGHING.  WELL NOT EXACTLY, MORE LIKE A SICKENING CACKLE!  WHAT'S SO FUNNY TO HILLARY IS THAT NO MATTER WHAT SHE DOES OR SAYS HER SUPPORTERS WILL BELIEVE IT!!!
