How the Navy honors former Presidents

THE NAVY HAS A LONG STANDING TRADITION TO HONOR FORMER PRESIDENTS BY NAMING A SHIP FOR THEIR SERVICE TO THE NATION.  ONE OF THE LARGEST AND MOST FORMIDABLE SHIPS AFLOAT TODAY IS THE MIGHTY USS RONALD REAGAN.  A MASSIVE NUCLEAR CARRIER WHICH IS A REAL TRIBUTE TO A GREAT PRESIDENT AND BELOVED LEADER.  RUMORS ARE NOW BEING CIRCULATED THAT SOME NAVAL LEADERS HAVE SECRETLY AUTHORIZED THE BUILDING OF THE USS BARACK OBAMA AND THAT THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED TO THE "ACME" BOAT COMPANY LOCATED IN WATERLOO, IOWA.  REPORTEDLY SOME $1,000 HAS BEEN SET ASIDE FROM THE PENTAGONS PETTY CASH RESERVE TO PAY FOR THIS IMPORTANT PROJECT.  ONE ADMIRAL, WHO SPOKE OFF-THE-RECORD, IS SAYING THAT THIS VESSEL WOULD REFLECT OBAMA'S REAL SERVICE TO AMERICA, WHILE YET ANOTHER UN-NAMED SOURCE AT THE NAVAL DEPARTMENT, SAID THIS WAS FAR TO GREAT AN HONOR TO BESTOW ON THE MEMORY OF BARACK OBAMA.
