ACCORDING TO SOME LIBERALS THE BEST WAY TO STOP A RAPIST IS FOR THE INTENDED VICTIM TO  URINATE ON HERSELF. 
CONSERVATIVES ON THE OTHER HAND WOULD JUST HAVE THE INTENDED VICTIM BLOW THE RAPIST AWAY.
