According to anonymous sources the 'Poop Patrol' in San Francisco was established only after several members of the city council found themselves in deep 'dodo' while walking from City Hall to the nearest Starbucks! Yep, I live about an hour and a half from the city and we don't go anymore. Not that I was thrilled before they turned it into a third world crap-hole.

I worked there about 30 years ago. I saw a mother and child and the mom watched while her son pulled down his pants and pooped on the sidewalk. This was across the street from the TA pyramid building.
