According to recent reports two bedroom rental properties are no longer affordable to minimum wage earners in any part of America. Perhaps this explains the growing population of basement dwellers in the sprawling suburbs. Of course another reason for the exploding increase in subterranean dwellers in a growing belief among recent college graduates that the country owes them a job with a six figure entry level despite their lack of experience.
