THE UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO IS TELLING ITS FEMALE STUDENTS THAT PEEING IN THEIR PANTS IS A WAY TO STOP RAPIST.  THEY SEEM TO FORGET THAT RAPE IS NOT ABOUT SEX, BUT CONTROL. 
THEY WILL SAY ANY SILLY THING TO JUSTIFY THE UNIVERSITIES "GUN FREE ZONE" POLICIES.
